At Off With Her Head Millinery, we are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence every time you visit our website. Off With Her Head Millinery is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses whatsoever for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy, as stated here, will provided you with all the information on how, when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it,  and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, email address, or mailing address. You can happily browse our web site without providing any personal information.  However, if you want to actually buy any of our wonderful hats or headpieces then we require to collect some of your personal information. There are two ways that we will use your information: to tell you about our new products, events and such things, if you’ve signed up to our newsletter; or as part of the process involved in getting your hat or headpiece shipped out to you.

You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold on you. Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

 For stock pieces shipping is usually next day. However all in-stock orders will be shipped in no more than 5 working days. Postage (within the UK) and packing costs are included in the price of each piece.

Unfortunatly at present I am unable to ship outwith the UK, I am hopeful that I will  be able to resolve this in the near future.

I ship via Royal Mail. As a minimum we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. Please note that I cannot ship to PO Box Addresses as a signature is required on delivery.  

Packaging - your hat/fascinator will  be packaged securely in acid free tissue and boxed. Hair accessories are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a paper mailer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with consumer rights you have the right to cancel your order and you have 14 days in which to do so. This can be done by emailing us via my contact form or alternativly by writing to the following address : Off With Her Head Millinery, 14 Lennox Court, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 3PP.

For completed orders I offer a full refund on orders, providing the goods are returned to us, in an unworn condition with tags intact, within 7 days from the date of delivery (UK only)/14 days from the date of delivery in all other cases. Please note: return postage is at the customers expense and that when returning items you should use a Signed For Insured service (eg. Recorded Delivery) as I cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach me. Please ensure sufficient postage is paid on your return as I am unable to accept packages which do not have the correct postage paid.

Please note, our cancellation policy does not extend to altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please note, the times for your funds to appear back into your account are subject to the terms and conditions set out by your own bank/Paypal and I have no controls over this part of the process.

Off With Her Head Millinery/Lisa Jones retains full copyright of any and all designs created incuding bespoke and custom designs.

No permission is given by Off With Her Head Millinery/Lisa Jones in respect of the reproduction or use for injurious or commercial purposes of any brand names, product names, designs and any other material shown on the www.offwithherheadmillinery.co.uk website in which intellectual property rights subsist.
